PALLET RACKING
​Pallet racking is a flexible storage solution designed to optimise warehouse space and efficiency. Configurations vary based on the type and size of goods, available space, and handling equipment. Common setups include wide aisle, narrow aisle, double deep racking, and drive-in racking, each tailored to specific storage needs.
CANTILEVER & COIL RACKING
Cantilever racking is a strong and reliable storage system perfect for long items such as timber, tubing, or steel sections. Coil racking is designed for securely storing cylindrical items like cable drums, steel coils, and carpets on steel spindles. PUSH BACK, PALLET LIVE & CARTON LIVE
These shelving options are perfect for those seeking a system that allows for effortless movement of inventory. Push back racking optimises space by allowing pallets to be stored up to four deep and retrieved on a LIFO (last in, first out) basis, using trolleys or runners to push pallets back. Pallet live racking, a FIFO (first in, first out) system, uses rollers to automatically rotate stock, ensuring easy access and increased storage density. Carton live racking is a manual, hand-loaded system ideal for fast-moving products, using inclined roller tracks to move items from the loading to the picking face efficiently.
