Pallet racking

PALLET RACKING

Pallet racking is a flexible storage solution designed to optimise warehouse space and efficiency. Configurations vary based on the type and size of goods, available space, and handling equipment. Common setups include wide aisle, narrow aisle, double deep racking, and drive-in racking, each tailored to specific storage needs.

cantilever racking

CANTILEVER & COIL RACKING

Cantilever racking is a strong and reliable storage system perfect for long items such as timber, tubing, or steel sections. Coil racking is designed for securely storing cylindrical items like cable drums, steel coils, and carpets on steel spindles. Both systems are built from durable steel, with customisable options to ensure safe and efficient storage.

pallet live racking

PUSH BACK, PALLET LIVE & CARTON LIVE

These shelving options are perfect for those seeking a system that allows for effortless movement of inventory. Push back racking optimises space by allowing pallets to be stored up to four deep and retrieved on a LIFO (last in, first out) basis, using trolleys or runners to push pallets back. Pallet live racking, a FIFO (first in, first out) system, uses rollers to automatically rotate stock, ensuring easy access and increased storage density. Carton live racking is a manual, hand-loaded system ideal for fast-moving products, using inclined roller tracks to move items from the loading to the picking face efficiently.

Longspan racking

LONGSPAN RACKING

Longspan racking is a robust, versatile shelving system designed for storing heavy, bulky, or irregularly shaped items. It’s easy to assemble and customise, making it suitable for both small-scale setups and large storage facilities. The system's wide, deep shelves and adjustable beams allow for flexible configuration as your storage needs change. With a range of beam and decking options, Longspan racking is ideal for any environment, providing a reliable and adaptable solution for all your storage challenges.

rack supported building

RACK SUPPORTED STRUCTURES

A rack-supported structure combines a building's support framework with a racking system, where the racks bear the load of the roof and other elements. This design maximises storage space and minimises the need for additional support columns. Additionally, office space can be incorporated into the structure. Contact us to discuss this option further.

hanging garment racking

SPECIALIST RACKING

Stormor Systems delivers tailored storage solutions for unique requirements beyond the scope of standard systems. We offer galvanised pallet racking for wet conditions, hanging garment racking for effective clothing storage, and mobile pallet racking for maximising space. We also offer vertical, structural, and multi-tier shelving.

drive in pallet racking

DRIVE IN RACKING

Drive-in racking is a space-saving solution that maximises storage density by eliminating the need for multiple aisles. Forklifts enter the storage lanes to load and retrieve pallets from the same entry point, making it ideal for storing large quantities of the same product. This system supports the First-In-Last-Out (FILO) inventory method, making it perfect for products with consistent turnover.
